Ningbo Ink Art Stationery Co ., Ltd . (also Cixi Jinye Pens Co ., Ltd .),established in 1989 , is a joint venture company , which has been specialized in developing , manufacturing , and exporting writing instruments , toy stamps for children and other plastic stationery products .
　　Our factory has plastic-injection department , sulphuretted stamp pad department , heating transfer printing departrnent , silk screen printing department , assembling department and packing department . Possessing testing facilities and our own in-house mould developing capacity , we are able to design new products with Solidworks / AutoCAD.
　　Currently , we mainly produce toy stamps series for children , gel pens , gel pen refills , ball pens , pop erasers , highlighters , non-sharpening pencils , non-sharpening crayons , watercolor markers and other plastic stationery products .
